What You Will Do

As a Manager, Strategic Marketing, you will have the opportunity to manage and implement external marketing and/or internal communication programs to support the organizations strategies and business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the business line marketing liaison for our healthcare consumer experience design and development team
  • Develops go-to-market strategies and implementation plans for new healthcare innovations and solutions
  • Creates data-driven market positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, marketing and advertising strategy
  • Manages all tactical execution, creative/content development, measurement of marketing performance and reporting out against business targets
  • Proactively identifies trends, risks and challenges to marketability and consumer adoption, and helps lead and drive corrective action
  • Responsible for content creation and content marketing to audiences including associates, stakeholders, consumers, patients, providers, and others
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing and communications function to leverage shared resources including research, graphic design, content, media, analytics

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree within a Marketing or Communications related field is strongly preferred. 

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of marketing experience required.
  • 5 years of strategic marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
